Shipping and returns

Shipping

Stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking. Orders containing custom items are shipped after production. Standard production for custom orders is generally within 1 week but may vary due to volume. Shipping time is generally 2-5 business days. Rush production and shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees vary according to total cost of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Returns

All custom items are non-returnable.  Items that are used are non-returnable. Unused stock items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  An RMA number must be obtained by contacting us prior to sending the return.  The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5 business of receiving the returned item(s).
